Privacy Policy

• Account information, such as an email address, account identifier, authentication state, and preferences.
• Public wallet addresses, network identifiers, public transaction data, token launches, and other information already recorded on public blockchains.
• Product activity and technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session, device, browser, request, error, and security logs.
• Referral or affiliate attribution, support messages, and information you choose to provide.

The information processed depends on the wallet type. External wallets sign through their own provider and do not give reBelieve their recovery phrase. If you choose a reBelieve recovery-wallet feature, encrypted wallet material is processed as necessary to provide that feature and is protected using access controls and key-management infrastructure.

Public addresses and on-chain activity are public by design and can remain visible even if you stop using reBelieve.

• Provide authentication, wallet, portfolio, trading, launchpad, and support features.
• Prepare transactions and connect you with the provider or network you select.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors, protect accounts, and maintain service reliability.
• Measure product performance and improve the user experience.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a service requested by you, legitimate interests in operating and securing reBelieve, your consent, or compliance with law.

Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, email, support, security, and analytics providers that help operate reBelieve. When you choose a wallet or transaction route, relevant information may also be sent to the selected wallet, blockchain, or integration provider, including providers such as Phantom, LI.FI, and Streamflow where their features are used.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization.

reBelieve uses cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, security, account state, preferences, referral attribution, and essential product behavior. Browser controls can remove stored data, but doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and service continuity. Retention periods vary by data type. Public blockchain records are outside reBelieve’s control and cannot generally be deleted.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No online system, wallet, or blockchain can be guaranteed completely secure. Report a suspected vulnerability through our security page.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to receive a portable copy of eligible data. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Providers and blockchain infrastructure may operate internationally, so cross-border processing can occur subject to applicable law. reBelieve is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction.

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
