Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules that apply when you access reBelieve, connect a wallet, trade assets, or use token-launch features.
Last updated July 23, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using reBelieve, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the website, account and wallet interfaces, market discovery, trading tools, launchpad features, and related reBelieve services.
2. Eligibility and responsibility
You must be legally permitted to use crypto-asset services in your location. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, tax obligations, sanctions, and any rules that apply to assets you trade or launch.
You are also responsible for securing your devices, account access, wallet credentials, recovery material, and transaction approvals. Never approve a transaction you do not understand.
3. Accounts and wallets
reBelieve can provide account and wallet-management tools and can connect to independent third-party wallets. The available signing and recovery flow depends on the wallet type you select. A connected external wallet remains governed by its provider.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Confirm the network, asset, amount, recipient, fees, and expected output before signing.
4. Trading and third-party routes
Quotes, swaps, bridges, on-ramp or off-ramp services may be supplied by third-party protocols and providers. A quote can change or expire before execution. Execution can be affected by network congestion, liquidity, slippage, price movement, provider availability, and wallet behavior.
reBelieve does not guarantee a particular price, route, execution time, or transaction outcome. Review the final wallet request before approving it.
5. Token launches
Token creators are solely responsible for their token name, media, description, supply choices, allocations, claims, statements, and legal compliance. You must have the right to use all content submitted through the launchpad.
A token launch is not an endorsement, investment recommendation, or guarantee by reBelieve. Public blockchain data and third-party market displays may persist after a token is launched.
6. Fees
Before you approve an action, the interface may show reBelieve fees, network costs, provider fees, expected output, and price impact. Network and provider charges can change independently of reBelieve. Current product explanations are available in the fee documentation.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Do not use reBelieve for fraud, theft, scams, sanctions evasion, or market abuse.
- Do not submit malware, deceptive content, impersonation, or content you do not own.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, or overload its infrastructure.
- Do not misrepresent a token, creator, affiliation, transaction, or expected return.
8. Availability and risk
Crypto assets and decentralized networks involve significant risk, including total loss, smart-contract failure, liquidity loss, volatile prices, failed or delayed transactions, and changes made by third-party protocols. reBelieve is provided on an “as available” basis and may be updated, limited, or interrupted.
Nothing on reBelieve is financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent advice when appropriate.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, reBelieve is not responsible for losses caused by user error, compromised credentials, blockchain behavior, third-party wallets or protocols, market movements, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate product or website notice.
